Last updated August 19, 2026 · Supersedes the version dated February 16, 2025

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at throughentrepreneurship.com (the "Site"), operated by Through Entrepreneurship Inc, a Florida nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 33-1687251) ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Site. Automated scraping, harvesting, or bulk extraction of Site content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

2. Programs and eligibility

Applications to our programs (education, mentorship, community development, and youth initiatives) are invitations to apply, not guarantees of admission. Program availability, format, and criteria may change as pilots develop. Youth program participation requires parent or guardian consent and is administered through partnering schools and organizations.

3. Donations

Donations to Through Entrepreneurship Inc are voluntary contributions to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Recurring (monthly) gifts may be canceled at any time by contacting us at team@throughentrepreneurship.com. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, research reports, podcast episodes, logos, and design — are owned by Through Entrepreneurship Inc or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share and cite our published research and articles with attribution and a link back to the Site. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

5. User submissions

When you submit information through our forms (applications, volunteer interest, contact messages, comments), you grant us the right to use that information to operate our programs and respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that information you submit is accurate and yours to share.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (including podcast platforms, GoFundMe, and our Idea Generator tool). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our educational content, research, and podcast are for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Through Entrepreneurship Inc and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions about these Terms may be directed to team@throughentrepreneurship.com or Through Entrepreneurship Inc, 503 E Jackson St, Suite 146, Tampa, FL 33602.
