Through Entrepreneurship
About

For people willing to build.

Equip people with the practical knowledge, mentorship, and momentum to start and grow enduring businesses.

A team working through a plan at a long table
01 — Why we exist

Capability creates momentum.

Our founder spent seventeen years building businesses and more than a thousand podcast episodes learning from other founders. Across industries, one pattern kept returning: progress improves when practical knowledge meets experienced perspective and a clear next action.

Through Entrepreneurship was founded in Tampa in 2025 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to put that combination to work through education, mentorship, community partnerships, youth initiatives, and research.

We are interested in the craft of entrepreneurship: understanding a customer, managing cash, keeping promises, building systems, hiring responsibly, and adapting when the evidence changes.

Mission

Equip people with the practical knowledge, mentorship, and momentum to start and grow enduring businesses.

Vision

More people building businesses that create jobs, solve real problems, and strengthen their communities.

02 — Values

Three standards for the work

01

Ownership

Founders own the decision and the result. We provide useful tools, direct feedback, and room to develop independent judgment.

02

Ingenuity

Good businesses notice specific problems and find practical ways to solve them. We reward curiosity, resourcefulness, and evidence over convention.

03

Action

A small test completed teaches more than a perfect plan postponed. We build an honest rhythm of doing, reviewing, and improving.

03 — Leadership

Experience around the table
